A calm, pleasant hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, and the beach is easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. A good option for friends or families visiting Chaung Tha for a comfortable beach trip.

The room was filthy. It smelled like pee, had sand and dust everywhere, and trash was scattered around. The sheets and pillows were dirty too, with brown patches. They didn't even switch on the generator in the afternoon.

The rooms were old, and the southwest corner was especially noisy because it’s close to a crowded public area. For the price, this place isn’t worth it and shouldn’t be called four-star. It needs a lot of landscaping and renovation work, along with better service and breakfast quality. Hope this helps them improve.

We were six people and made quite a few requests, but the staff were friendly and customer service was great. They managed to fulfill everything, though the man at reception was rude. Breakfast was good as well. Cleanliness needs attention: the bedsheets were dusty, and the bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled a bit on our last day before checkout.

The staff are really nice, and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is great by rural Myanmar standards, though a bit meager if you're comparing it with a three-star hotel. Daytime power runs from 1 pm to 4 pm, and night power from 6 pm to 6 am, so plan to be out of the room in the morning until 1. That's how it is everywhere there because of municipal policy.
