I had a pleasant 9 day stay. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Food was excellent, from the great buffet breakfast to the superb coffee I was given each day. The staff were so kind. Special thanks to Kaung, who was a big help. A great place to stay, and I'm very happy to recommend it.

The rooms weren't very clean, and the facilities felt outdated. The hotel could use upgrades and better housekeeping, though the staff were friendly.

The staff member, Kyaw min, was a bit rude. The lift and telephone weren't working.

The room had a nice view, and the staff were very friendly and spoke a wide variety of languages. The hotel itself was in rough shape, though. My room was dirty, and housekeeping didn't change the sheets. Wifi only worked in rooms near the Elevator. Breakfast was the same every day, with no variety. At night, animals above the bathroom ceiling screeched all night. Covid definitely hit this place hard. I paid $50USD a night.

The location was good, with a big Ocean grocery store nearby and several restaurants. The staff were all friendly and very polite, and the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was very clean and pleasant. The restaurant was the weak point. Breakfast was fine, though not great by Western standards, and dinner didn't work out for us. Don't order the hamburger, it was awful. We also couldn't eat in the restaurant upstairs and had to take the meal back to our room. That's why I'm giving four stars instead of five.
