The location is great, though the room equipment is old and not clean, and the rooms need maintenance. The price is a little higher than at nearby hotels. Breakfast is buffet-style but there's not much to choose from. There's a rooftop bar, and customer service is just normal.

It's not bad. Free in the room: air conditioning, a bottle of purified water, Premier coffee, mini shampoo, shower cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, and a comb. Breakfast includes fried rice, MontHinGar, fried noodle, milk, coffee, juice, and other things.

It's a three-star hotel in North Dagon Township, Yangon, and easy to find on PinLon Main Road near Ma Wa Ta Junction. But it isn't suitable for a wedding ceremony. The hall has so many concrete columns that people can't see each other.
