The rooms were good, the people were nice, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was fresh, and the location is only a few minutes from the town center. Still, we didn’t get much help sorting things out, which left us a bit upset at times. I’d recommend this motel for a calm stay for two.

The price is very reasonable, and breakfast was really nice. If you’re in Kalaw, try Shan Noodle for breakfast, or ask to have noodle at the hotel. From my 3:00 a.m. early check-in to the end of my stay, the team were patient and helped with everything. When I needed to go out for a few things, staff even drove me on their motobike. Would I stay again? Definitely yes. Thanks for everything, TEAM AMIGO.

We picked this place because of the good reviews, but were quite disappointed. The room was very small, and there was nothing to block the sunlight, so we were awake at 6 am. The bathroom was strangely connected with another one, and we could hear a lot of interesting sounds. Breakfast was just okay, and the staff were far from friendly. The Wi-Fi was another story: their idea of free Wi-Fi was using a staff member’s mobile phone hotspot. When they moved, we lost internet, so you’d better follow the staff around.

The new manager makes sure guests feel comfortable. The location is perfect, with many popular places within walking distance. I’ll definitely come back.
