The family room has plenty of space and the hotel is decent. Getting around is harder because the location is very steep, so going up and down is difficult.

We had a great time there with my fiance and friends. The traditional Shan food in the morning was lovely, and the staff were nice. It’s a pleasant neighbourhood, with quick access to the city centre, Kalw Trainstation, Kalaw Bazaar, and other places. Room prices are reasonable. It was a real pleasure, and I’d recommend it 10 out of 10.

The service is good, including laundry and breakfast. But the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can hear the neighbours next door. I also don’t like the recycled shoes in the bedroom.

There’s a nice view from the hotel on the hill, and the staff are friendly, polite, and provide good service. Breakfast is nice too. Not every room has a bathtub, so ask ahead if you want one. I liked it.
