New Aye Yar Hotel

The Superior Room was spacious and clean, and the price was fair. I was allowed to check in early without a fee. Since the room was still being cleaned, I waited less than 30 minutes. Most staff were friendly and well trained, and the manager was especially polite and welcoming guests at the entrance during the day. The good service is one reason the hotel is often fully booked. There’s a swimming pool and basketball court. Breakfast doesn't have a huge range, but the food was good, and I loved the tea. The food is Halal. The hotel is closest to the toll gate and a little far from the office area, though having a car makes that fine. I stayed here for one night during my trip to Naypyitaw, and would recommend it if you're planning to visit.

The staff are polite and helpful, and the food is fresh and tasty. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The water and waste systems are good. There’s plenty of wooden furniture in an old-fashioned style. Services include a gym, swimming pool, spa, basketball, and mini mart, among other things. I'd like to come back next time.

Everyone gave us a nice welcome, and the room was huge, comfortable, and had some class to it. The hotel was empty, with a nice pool and gym. You could eat in your room, at the restaurant, or by the pool, whichever you prefer. The rooftop was still being worked on, but it was fun to go see. The restaurant was fairly good when I visited in April 2019, and maybe they've improved it since.

We checked in at 3am without any problem and weren't charged for that night. Breakfast was good both times we had it, and the huge pool was great, especially since I had it to myself. The hotel was reasonably priced and mostly looked good, though the 2nd, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors were unfinished, which was funny to see. Renting a bike there is expensive, 4k for an hour or 20k for the day. Naypyidaw is fun for a day.
