The hotel is now complete and looks beautiful. There's a rooftop with an amazing view, a great place to have a drink at sunset. Breakfast has a good range of food and comes with a beach view. The staff were awesome, always smiling and really nice. Definitely recommend it!

Comprising 42 rooms, this 3-star Bt Bay Hotel Ngapali is 25 minutes' walk of Mermaid. Guests who stay in the hotel can park their car on site. The property is merely 1.3 km to Ngapali Elephants Sanctuary. You can reach the centre of Ngapali in 15 minutes on foot. You can easily find Ngapali Golf Couse 2.7 km from the hotel. The rooms feature facilities like a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for guests' entertainment. Furnished with a work desk, they also have sound-proofed windows. Bathrooms come with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a shower together with hairdryers and dressing gowns. Drinks are available at the lounge bar. Brilliance Seafood is located next to this Ngapali hotel and serves Asian meals, 300 metres away. Thandwe airport is situated 0.5 km from Bt Bay Hotel. There is a fitness room on site.

The ocean views were beautiful, and breakfast had lots of choice. Staff were great, very courteous and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very nice. The restaurant and bar food and drinks were ridiculously expensive, about 5x more than 200m down the beach.

The staff are friendly, but the room is small and there are some stones in front of the hotel. Food is average. If you only want to chill and relax at the hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was good. For this price range, it's a good hotel with the comforts you'd expect. A few details still fall short of western standards.
