We had excellent service throughout our 20 days. The front reception staff did a great job, and everyone at the hotel was courteous and friendly. We never had a problem with the staff. Breakfast was included in the room rate, with a different buffet each morning, and it was excellent. Room service was great, the linen was changed daily, and the baths were very clean and refilled every day. The Spa & Massage centre was excellent too, with courteous, experienced massure staff. After settling 28March '25 EarthQuake, we’ll definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed four nights in two rooms as a family of four. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was lovely. Check-in staff were incredibly kind and even surprised us with a birthday cake, candles and utensils, within the first hour. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and staff went out of their way to bring stronger, fresh coffee and tea, which we appreciated. The lady manager, War War Wint?, was especially fantastic. Highly recommended.

For the local options in Mandalay, this is a good hotel with quite good rooms. Breakfast lacked variety and taste. Renovation work caused a few breakdowns, including internet problems, and there isn’t proper car parking. I hope it improves once the renovation is finished.

The lobby, rooms, and rooftop dining and bar area all still look new, clean, and fancy. Staff are consistently helpful and smiling. Since Mandalay isn’t much of a walkable city, I can forgive the hotel not being within walking distance of tourist sites. There are some shopping areas close by and a few restaurants for less picky diners. Good value for the money.
