The convenient location and friendly, attentive staff made this a dependable stay. The rooms are compact but clean, and the hotel manages to keep the power reliable with solar support despite Mandalay's electricity problems and heat. A few things could be better: the pillows were too firm for me, there isn't a kitchen on site though food can be ordered, and parking is on the street. Noise carries through the hallways since the rooms aren't soundproof. Still, it's solid value.

The rooms are good quality for the price, and the hospitality and service were lovely. There's no breakfast included, but you can order from a tea house or cafe through reception.

For the price, I found the rooms small, with poor soundproofing and a parking problem. There's no breakfast either. I don't think they should charge more than 70k-75k.

The bathrooms are spacious, and the service is nice. Family rooms aren't expensive, either. When guests call repeatedly to order food, the workers take it calmly and don't act annoyed. It's a great hotel, so I'm not sure why it has only 3 stars.

I stayed for three days in January 2023 and had trouble finding parking because there wasn't enough space. The hotel security was quite friendly, to be fair. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. The shower area was poor, there was human hair left on the drain cover, and at six feet tall I couldn't even stretch my knees while sitting on the toilet. That was really annoying. My bedsheet was dirty when I checked in, though it was cleaned the next day. For me, the quality didn't match the price. I've seen better hotels in Mandalay for less, and they need to improve the quality rather than the price.
