Hotel Friendship

Breakfast was a real highlight, with eggs, toast, butter, jam, fruit, rice, vegetables, coffee and tea. Staff kept the buffet stocked, and reception was always ready to help. Nicky even shared his WhatsApp number, which made it easy to get in touch. The hotel's transport services were a little expensive, but we had a great stay and would recommend it. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, lots of closet space, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was spotless, the towels were clean, and there was hot water. Housekeeping came when we requested it. The hotel still feels new, and I hope it stays this way.

The location is really convenient, with everything easy to reach on foot. The hotel is new and in excellent condition, and our room was spotless, with a comfy bed and a clean, spacious bathroom. Housekeeping is daily, but you can choose when you'd like it done. After seven months traveling around Southeast Asia, this was one of my best hotel stays. Even in a Western five-star hotel, I haven't had better service. The whole staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, but Mr. Nicky made the experience unforgettable. He seemed to know what we needed before we did, and was so attentive and courteous. He's got the right approach to running a hotel, and I hope he stays there.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and made our stay really comfortable. They gave us lots of advice and even bought our bus tickets and helped us find a good restaurant. Our pretty wooden room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were soft. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range, including local dishes. I'd absolutely recommend staying here in Mandalay.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the family were very kind. Only a few of them spoke English, though, and they didn't seem to be at the front desk much, so we had to call for help. Breakfast was our main complaint. The selection was limited, and the food didn't look fresh or appetizing. Toast was the only thing we found that looked good.
