The room was comfortable and good, and the downtown Mandalay location made it easy to get to interesting places around the city. The best thing was the hospitality. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. “Kuro,” the male receptionist, was great and shared lots of useful information.

The owner even helped me when I had a stomach ache, and the staff were helpful throughout. Everything was super clean, the reception was nice, and breakfast was very good. It’s also in an excellent location, with scooter rental just a five-minute walk away. One of the best hotels during our time in Myanmar. I recommend it 100%!

We had a very pleasant buffet breakfast, and the manager was lovely too. He shared some of his wisdom through stories about his experience as an overseas Chinese. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location is nice, and you can borrow bikes for free from the front desk to explore the city.

They made our room really lovely for our honeymoon, and the staff helped with all my many questions. When we arrived, we saw my name written on a board saying they were waiting for us. We travel a lot, and that was such a nice touch and a great first impression of Myanmar. The food was good too. Thanks to everyone for everything. Stay here, you’ll be in good hands!

The buffet breakfast was splendid and tasty, and the staff were hospitable, responsive, and good with room service. The hotel has a well-functioning lift in its five-storey building, and provides complimentary tea and coffee as well as bottled drinking water. The rooms need some renovation. There are hot water and mosquito problems to sort out, and many electrical sockets are loose and don’t work after long use. Some rooms also need more lighting. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and car parking is inadequate.
