The room was small and not clean. At least the outsourced laundry left the sheets and towel smelling clean, though they looked a bit old and white. The front desk staff spoke English, but the others barely did, and the staff didn't seem professionally trained in hotel service. Breakfast was limited in variety but sufficient and acceptable. There’s a minimart nearby, and the palace moat is within walking distance.

If you're looking to stay downtown, this is a good option. It's a new hotel with great facilities and very good service, and the staff are all friendly. The price and service should make people happy. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and breakfast each day was great. The staff were warm and treated us like valued guests, with very good service. Wi-Fi was good too. I'd definitely recommend the place.

For the low price, everything was more than fine except the dining experience. The room could use a little extra space to move around, especially when pulling a chair back and bumping into someone else's. The buffet layout also took me a bit of getting used to, though that's just my personal view. They did a good job making the most of the limited space they had.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was cold and quiet, and there was secure scooter parking. Breakfast was great, the location worked well, and the staff were helpful. I had a lovely stay and thought everything was just right. Thanks, you're one of the best hotels in Myanmar. I'd definitely stay again.
