The hotel means a lot to me, and I have many memories there. I've stayed three times in 2019. There wasn't a pool on my first visit, but there is one now, and the hotel tries its best to meet guests' needs. On my last visit, in winter 2019, I stayed with my boyfriend in the largest President room. He's a foreigner, and we toured around Mandalay and visited Sagaing Pagoda Mountains. I still miss the day I drove him to the airport and then was left there alone. I don't know how other guests feel, but it was fine for me and left me with many memories. I'll definitely stay there whenever I come to Mandalay. 💕

It's clean, reasonably priced, and in a nice place. I visited again two months ago and saw improvement in customer service, so I'm giving it three stars again. Still, staff need customer service training and should give foreigners more attention than local guests. I wasn't happy that I had to pay 1000 Ks for a Coca-Cola I hadn't drunk. The staff hadn't carefully checked the minibar when the previous guest checked out.

The family room for three is really spacious, and there's a wide selection at breakfast. Great hotel, nice for families.

The amenities weren't broken, but they felt out of date for the room price. The TV looked like a very early LCD model, for example. I didn't get what I expected for what I paid, and I've learned not to trust the pictures in ads on a phone or computer.

I stayed here three times between 2017 and 2019 whenever I came to Mandalay. The rooms were clean and spacious, service was good, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. When I returned to Mandalay in 2020, I chose somewhere else because Chinese guests were always very noisy. Thanks...
