The staff are friendly and respectful, always with a smile. My single room was tiny, really just for sleeping rather than living or working. I was told I could move to a bigger room, but that never happened. They didn't overcharge for minibar items or laundry. There was power around the clock and the AC was super cold.

The rooms are old and the cleaning was weak. I didn't like it.
