I came for a company offsite and found this one of the worst resorts in Ngapali. At this price, you can get a much better stay elsewhere. The food was horrendous, inedible, and far too expensive. Staff were cold and inattentive, and the manager seemed to have no idea what was happening at the resort. Please don't eat here. Trust me, you won't regret it. The food couldn't get much worse.

The view is amazing and the service was great. But the food and drinks have become really, really expensive. We understand that prices can be high, but this is far too much. Nearly all the guests seemed to go to other restaurants outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The hotel should take notice.

We had a fantastic stay, with a lovely bungalow that was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beach was fantastic, the pool was great, and both the food and breakfast were very good. Service was also very nice, including being brought a coconut on the beach. The sunset over the deep blue infinity pool was wonderful. We still took off a star for three smaller issues. The bed squeaked terribly. Of six bicycles we tried, only two were in acceptable shape, and repeated requests to have them fixed went nowhere. Paying in Kyat also meant a rip-off exchange rate. For us, it made nearly 10000 kyat difference on food and drinks, using 1,600 MMK to USD instead of 1,500. We wanted the hotel managers to know.

Guests were singing karaoke beside the pool until 11 pm, and the management did nothing to stop the noise. It also didn't feel suitable to walk around the hotel grounds at night. Money wasted on this hotel.

A wonderful place to rest after traveling around the country. The deluxe bungalows are lovely, right in front of the beach, and the food and service were excellent.
