We booked a two-bedroom unit for six days, and the view from both the living room and bedrooms was amazing. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the place was well equipped with a rice cooker, oven, hob, large fridge, and washing machines. There's a small shopping mall with a supermarket right next door. It was a pleasant stay.

We love this place as a family. The room has lots of space, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for me. Our clothes stayed nice and clean throughout our week-long stay.

I stayed three weeks in a spacious, very clean studio. The amenities were complete, and it was handy to have a washing machine and even a digital scale. I especially liked the big fridge for keeping food and fruit. The pool was large, the gym adequate, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. The one problem was the club on the mall's second floor, whose music and vibrations went on all night and were very disturbing. I think they're losing business because of it. Fortunately, they moved me to the 18th floor.

The room was five stars and the buffet was nice, but checkout was a mess. We called ahead and asked someone to check the inventory so we could leave quickly, then waited an hour. They called five more times to ask if we still wanted to check out, even as we kept asking them to send someone soon because our kids were crying and we had to go. Nobody came, so we went to the lobby and handed over the key. Reception gets zero stars from me, not even a real smile. I've had better reception service at three-star hotels.

Naychi and Marco are both professional and really friendly. They're always helpful, available 24/7, and greet you with a smile.
