My family picked this hotel for our March 2023 trip to Ngwe Saung, and it was amazing overall. We could go straight to the beach, and there was a pool as well. The staff were very welcoming, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the prices felt reasonable and affordable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a TV. The Wi-Fi worked, but was only okay.

The location is nice, but electricity only came on at night, with no 24/7 power, which was very inconvenient. There were also lots of mosquitoes in the room. Service and breakfast were okay. Overall, it felt like an average hotel and not worth expecting too much from.

The rooms come with a minibar fridge, TV, and clothing cabinet. During the travel season, they get nearly full on weekends. Since this is a three star hotel, I think it lives up to that rating. The main thing to know is that when EPC has a blackout, generator power is available from 1-3 PM and 6 PM-6 AM. I'd rate it 3.5 stars.

The beach view is lovely and colorful, and the pool was clean, though not very big. Breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were good, but the rooms aren't as spacious as elsewhere and the service was just okay. Great, but it didn't feel like a five star stay.
