Good value for a budget trip, with a fair price for the service, facilities, and access. The rooms are large enough for two or three people, and the combined toilet and shower area is roomy. Restaurants, a market, and convenience stores are close by. The kettle wasn’t working when we arrived, but they replaced it with a new one after we asked. Breakfast is local food, and you can request your preferred choice in advance. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable, practical stay.

Bagan New Bazza is nearby, and e-bikes are available close by too. Breakfast is served, the WiFi is acceptable, and the staff are very hospitable. The managers seem to value keeping a good relationship with their customers. Book early, though. The price is reasonable for budget travelers.
