The staff are really nice, and the place was exceptionally clean. It was less than two years old when I visited. They’re strict about extra-person charges, though the breakfast is quite good. Rooms of the same type can have different features. Mine had a shower but no view from the window, so ask to see another room if something doesn’t suit you.

Getting local or long-distance transport arranged was easy, and the location was handy for walking the main street, finding local food, and shopping. Breakfast was filling with enough variety that I wouldn’t get tired of it over several days. The hotel is well run, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have good amenities. I’d seriously consider coming back if I return.

The staff were very nice and the room was OK, but the Wi-Fi was weak. Also, the bathroom didn’t have the shower cubicle shown in the listing. It’s a decent little hotel, but when booking, make sure to insist on a room with a shower cubicle.

This Japanese-Myanmaran hotel is close to the heart of Pyin Oo Lwin and well placed for time in town or a stopover on the way elsewhere. The rooms are generally to a high standard, with heating, which matters in the Myanmaran highlands, and free WiFi. The connection wasn’t great, but it was good to have. Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am. The staff are friendly and willing to help with local information or services. For the price, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Breakfast isn’t included, but the price is fair. The staff are friendly and the accommodation is good. It sits a little way in from the main road, so it’s quiet and nice for a relaxing weekend.
