The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a superb location. The staff especially were kind and helpful. They even lent me some sweaters before I went sailing on Inle lake, which really impressed me.

This newly opened hotel offers good service and care. They can pick you up anywhere in downtown, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to downtown.

The location is a little far from the city's main road, but the facilities and maintenance are excellent. Customer service is top-rated too.

A really nice new hotel with a good breakfast and free bike hire. The staff are lovely and do everything they can to make you comfortable.

Everything is new and the service is good, but it should be managed by someone with more experience. The room facilities still aren't complete.
