It’s about 20 minutes from Bagan Airport, which is convenient, but the nearest restaurant and convenience store are 15 minutes away. The hotel is in New Bagan, somewhat far from other sights, so if you’re looking for tranquility it may suit you, while Old Bagan might be better if you want to be closer to attractions. For a one-star place, keep your expectations in check. The garden is nice, breakfast is simple and delicious, and service was prompt. The room was plain but clean. Overall, okay for a stay.

The rooms are roomy, with a little lawn and trees out front, and there’s a decent pool too. For the price, it’s a much better pick than the more expensive Temple View Hotel.
