We spent five nights here, and my room stayed clean throughout. Breakfast was great, different each day, and came with a nice rooftop view. The staff did their jobs perfectly, were friendly, and could arrange a taxi, tuktuk, guide, or motorcycle rental. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and clinic nearby. You can walk around New Bagan to see plenty of temples and pagodas without a car or motorcycle. It's a good base for visiting Bagan and its 3822 temples, pagodas, and stupas, especially if you'd rather avoid the hustle and bustle of Nyaung U and enjoy Bagan's magic.

I could rent an e-bike right there and ride around to explore Bagan's temples. The rooms are simple, cute, and clean, with toiletries provided. Breakfast was included in my room rate, and I loved having it on the rooftop each morning and chatting with the staff. They're so lovely and sweet, and I felt like I was among family. This Guest House is in a peaceful part of New Bagan, with small shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel is yummy too.

Good value, with clean rooms, hot water, a nice breakfast, and Wi-Fi in the lobby. They can arrange tour tickets, bus tickets, taxis, and electric scooters. If you're renting a scooter for the whole day, check that the battery is fully charged. Don't keep the throttle at full speed, or you may end up pushing it home in the dark. Save the battery and you can ride from one end to the other without problems.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, but they weren't very helpful. There are no safes, the entrance is hard to find because it's so hidden, and breakfast has very few options. Food kept running out at breakfast. There's no swimming pool, and there were lots of mosquitos and a weird burnt smell in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was the slowest I've ever experienced. Uploading this review took 10 minutes. They only accept cash.
