I paid extra to check in two hours early because I wanted to rest, but at checkout I still had to leave at 12. The beds were dirty, and dust was still around when I entered, even though they said the room had been cleaned. The room itself wasn't very comfortable. Service was poor, including at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the service was good. It's right downtown, and the hotel has recently started operating again. The rooms are being renovated now.

The staff were helpful, and the room had a Smart TV. There was a little noise, but it still felt warm and welcoming.

The location is excellent, close to sights and restaurants, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms felt unclean, largely because the old carpet, which looked more than 25 years old, set that tone throughout the hotel. There were stains on the bedcover and splatters on the walls, which left me wondering whether the sheets were clean too. Several rooms had AC units that didn't work well, so I had to move a few times.
