The location may work for you if that's your priority, but the rooms and service were so bad I wouldn't give them even one star. Both the temporary room and our actual room were tiny and dirty. We'd paid for early check-in, yet the room wasn't ready when we arrived. They put us in a temporary room with no water for the bathroom and hair all over the bathroom floor. There was also a big hole in the wall, probably where an exhaust fan used to be, and you could look through it into the room. In our actual room, the shower had no head, just a pipe. The staff were rude, did nothing about our requests, and kept asking us to pay for the next days. I was more than disappointed and couldn't take it anymore, so we moved to another hotel.

Downtown market is close by, which is handy for shopping or trying local food. It's a good place with quality accommodation, though it isn't a five-star property. You get the basics for a hygienic stay, a good bed, and a clean bathroom.

Family treasure hotel was an affordable place to stay, near supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly, and treated us like family. Our room was clean and the facilities were nice. I lol he my stay here, and highly recommend family treasure hotel in Yangon. Keep up the good work.

The kids loved how close everything was: Mingalar Sanpya Cineplex was a 2 Min walk, China Town for dinner was 5 Min, and a shopping center and convenience store were 4 Min away. The staff were good with children, the receptionist was helpful, and breakfast was beautiful. Our family had a lovely stay in a cozy room. Five stars for the service at a reasonable price. Worth it. Keep it up. CHEER!!!!!!!

Breakfast could be better, but our room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for walking to China town, the night market, junction city, and other places. Staff were polite and helpful.
