The bed is a comfortable, convenient size, and breakfast is excellent. This has long been a welcoming, budget-friendly place in central Yangon. The room decor could use some freshening up, though. Replacing the old wallpaper would make it look brighter. I'd suggest they keep the breakfast quality up.

The hotel breakfast was clean and good, and the staff were helpful: they made the beds nicely and followed our requests. The rooms were nice and mostly clean, but there seemed to be mold on the walls and in the bathroom, and roaches about the size of a nickel on the walls. Disgusting. The bathroom faucet had no handle, so turning on the water was difficult. The location was manageable, though not great. I got food poisoning from somewhere nearby and was sick for two weeks, so be careful where you eat. Overall, I'd look for somewhere else to stay.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the area felt pretty safe. You're downtown in Yangon, close to lots of attractions. 19 street is a fun place to spend time at night, with bars and food stands.

A random plate sat in the hallway for about three days, and the rooms aren't refreshed very often. The place was very dirty, with dust almost everywhere and lots of bugs. The sink faucet had no handle, and getting hot water in the shower was difficult. Still, at least it gave me somewhere to stay.

The shower facilities were awful, and the old air conditioner was so noisy I could barely sleep. Everything was a mess. Never book here.
