Hotel Chicago

I was really angry about this stay and won't come back. When booking, I confirmed I'd get a room with a veranda and bathtub, and the receptionist said the hotel had the Premier League channel. I came to watch a Manchester United match. They didn't call to confirm my arrival, and when I got there, they gave me an uncomfortable room, blaming late check-in. I called four times to ask for a change before they moved me to a room with a balcony and bathtub, but neither room had the football channel. Staff came to check, but it still wasn't working. The WiFi was so poor I couldn't watch on my phone either. At checkout, even though I hadn't used anything in the room, the receptionist asked me to pay for a bottle of Shark and a bottle of water. I said I hadn't used them, but was made to pay anyway. Asking a customer to pay without checking first is poor service. Management should check why their staff aren't doing their jobs properly.
