The basics were hopeless, from the GM to the kitchen and front desk. I booked through booking.com, and it confirmed a free upgrade to a family suite on the site and by email. At check-in, they denied there was an upgrade even after I showed the confirmation. The GM said they had no connection with Booking.com and didn’t know why it had been offered. They also advertised a bath, but there wasn’t one. There was no hot water for the shower, and staff advised leaving the water running for over five minutes. I said that wasted water, but they didn’t care. Continental and American breakfasts were offered, yet mine arrived cold and without cutlery. The American option was supposed to include bacon, ham, beans, and juice or coffee. What I got was one fried egg, two chicken cocktail franks, two slices of toast, and coffee, all cold. Until they get their act together, I’d advise people to give this place a wide berth.
