We bought our wedding ring there in June 2025. There are lots of jewelry stores, and the place is newly built and not very crowded.

It’s not bad, and there are plenty of clothing, hat and glasses brands on the first floor. I bought a hat at Generation Concept Store for 8,000 kyats. Longyi are sold upstairs on the second floor, where a top or longyi costs about 35,000-38,000 kyats. Masks are required. If you don’t have one, you can get one at the entrance and pay the security team 100 kyats.

Some shops are still vacant, and there doesn’t seem to be much variety yet. Private schools are opening there, with a food court for students too. Still, it’s a nice spot to have coffee and try some local food.

With a hotel as part of the complex, this is one of Yangon’s well-known large shopping centers. It’s on pyay road and has underground parking, a range of shops and food stalls. A good place to shop and eat.

There’s a good variety of different goods, and it’s not a bad center. Sometimes the way to the exit is hard to find, though. Parking could be better, and the service and sanitation need improvement. 🤓🤓🤓
