There are tea shops and small restaurants around the hotel, and the location itself is good. My room was spacious, but the food was average and no breakfast was served. Wi-Fi was poor on the lower floors. I was on the 4th floor and had to keep using mobile data.

The price was great, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was decent. Housekeeping was flexible too, and I could reschedule it for any time of day. But asking for a late checkout turned into a request for $20, half the daily room rate, for just 2 extra hours. The hotel was practically empty, so that felt bad. I’ve never had a charge like that before, it’s usually just a yes or a no.
