The view is nice, and the location beside Inya Lake is good. The staff are warm and helpful. The room had dirty sheets and blankets, a foul-smelling bathroom, and pillowcases that hadn't been neatly ironed. Supplies were sparse: one shower gel, one shampoo, one shower cap, and two toothbrush sets, with no razor or comb. The smart TV had no internet access. For a 3-star hotel, the breakfast buffet needs to be better.

One of my favorite bars in town. The rooftop view at sunset is amazing, the beer's cold, the menu is good, and the service is good too.

The pool was a long walk from the hotel, about 5 miles, and it was so deep, seven feet, that my teacher almost drowned when I pushed him. The seven-foot sign should be clearer too. Breakfast could use more variety, and the balcony was pretty dirty, so please clean it more often. The room itself was very clean when I arrived, and the zircon was really cold, which I loved. Thanks for having me. I'd love to come back.

Our corporate group booked over 30 rooms, and the experience was awful. The rooms were dirty and smelly, with stained sheets and towels missing. Staff were unhelpful, service was poor, and complaints went nowhere. Breakfast ran out quickly and wasn't refilled. Avoid this hotel.

We only stayed one day. It's kind of far away, and public buses aren't easy to get to. The sink didn't work properly. My wife spotted Saisai at dinner, lol.
