My earlier review was positive, but I’ve edited it because the service has gotten worse. There’s no kitchen, and the staff and supervisor behaved very unprofessionally. Management seemed incompetent, and I found the employees unskilled and hill-billy. The receptionist was annoying, and the bell boy was bird-brained. I’ve decided I won’t return. The service was bad all around. Previously, I liked that the hotel was cozy and offered above-normal service. It’s set back from the main road, away from the noise of people and cars, while still not far from downtown, shopping centers, and pagodas. I recommended it to visitors from other towns who wanted to explore Yangon, and thought it was also a good place for lovers to hide out.

For the price, you get what you’d expect. The food, facilities, and service are quite good, so I’d give it four stars.

Breakfast was bad, but the service was nice. The price is fair, the location is nice, and the neighborhood is quiet.
