The staff were very helpful and kind, and the rooms were cleaned every day. They also left a small bottle of water and coffee in the room daily. The beds were very comfortable, and it’s a good value choice. It is a bit far from the city center, and rooms on the lower floors don’t have a nice view. Sound isolation in the rooms isn’t good. The bathrooms need renovating, and the water wasn’t very hot, though that didn’t matter much in the hot weather. The curtains had holes and need replacing.

The facilities are acceptable for the price, though prices have gone up lately. The service is despicable, especially at reception. Even the cleaning staff behave more respectfully than the front desk queens. It makes the place feel terribly unwelcoming.
