The staff were friendly and the service felt warm. The place was clean and cozy, but the way some equipment was positioned took away from the room’s look and comfort. The outdoor AC unit had been moved onto the veranda, using up space and blowing hot air nearby. Inside, a tower-style unit had replaced the ceiling split type, and it sat next to the desk where I worked, taking up room and making noise.

Getting around the city by cab from The Hub Hotel was easy, and the location is very central. My room was clean and well serviced. What I’ll remember most is how kind and caring the staff were. I’m very glad to leave a review, and can’t say enough about their kindness. Thank you.

I can’t speak to the rooms, but I stopped in for a quick lunch while my car was being serviced. The food was good and reasonably priced. From the pictures on the wall, it looks like it might be a lively evening spot too. I’d come back for another meal if I were in the area.

The service was the worst, and the room was so boring. They charged over 100k for a “superior” room that looked like a standard room at other hotels, which usually cost half as much.

The rates felt fair, and the location makes it convenient to get to almost anywhere in Yangon. Staff were nice and helpful. There’s a rooftop bar and restaurant at Penthouse, and vegetarian options are available too.
