The manager is kind and works hard. She lives on the property, so she’s easy to reach, and often says hello when you’re coming or going. It’s a clean, cozy, affordable place with restaurants, shops, and a laundromat within walking distance. There are beautiful beaches right across the street. The gated complex is tidy and well kept, with a password keypad at the entrance. Rooms are bright, nicely decorated, and have the usual amenities and toiletries. Each night I came back to a refreshed, made-up room.

The host tried to accommodate me, but my stay still wasn’t pleasant. There were water and power outages, so I had to find other ways to shower and get ready for a wedding. The place looked like it was under construction and wasn’t very clean. I bought a few basic cleaning supplies and mopped the floors myself. I asked for a refund, but they couldn’t help, and the cost felt like more than the stay was worth. The listing said ocean view, but I could only glimpse the beach, mostly blocked by nearby buildings.

The manager was cheerful, kind, and hardworking, and the pool was well looked after. The room was great for a reasonable price. There are restaurants, marts, and other places nearby, all within walking distance. I’ll come back. Thank U.

I’ve been to Saipan several times and always stay at Seabreeze Garden. The host is friendly with guests, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and they even have cute cats. I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious, and the hotel was very clean. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. It’s about a block or so from a beach. The lady on staff was very nice, and we communicated using translation. For the price, it’s a really good deal!
