Friendly staff, but the hotel itself is pretty spartan. The beds are very, VERY firm. There’s lots of room, so adding a place to work would be a nice improvement. Bathroom hooks for wet things would help too. I’d stay here again if I had to, but I’d check other options first. It didn’t impress me that much.

Garapan is right there, and I could walk to the touristy spots in 3-5 minutes. There was also a secluded stretch of beach nearby, with seriously nobody in sight. The room was big and clean, the wifi was fast, and the staff were polite and checked on me once a day. I had a wonderful stay, even though the place doesn't look like much from outside. No TV and trouble getting hot water in the shower were my only complaints. I was surprised about the TV at first, but it turned out to be a blessing and gave me a reason to explore the area. I'm a harsh critic, and I'd book again when visiting Saipan!

Rooms were clean, parking was fine, and the AC worked nicely. There’s a market across the street, plus discounts at local restaurants. It’s fairly quiet, right in town and within walking distance of lots of food and other places. The internet is slow, the beds are just okay, and the shower isn't great.

I was exploring the island, walked in, and ended up staying the night. The friendly staff welcomed me and upgraded me to a one bedroom. The place was clean, the AC was strong, and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with it!
