This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed for work, and I travel often. The room wasn’t ready at check-in. Once it finally was, the walls were dirty, badly needed paint, and needed repairs. The furniture was falling apart, and the bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioning barely worked. When I called, I was told it was fine and that I’d be cold. I wasn’t. In the bathroom, there was a squashed cockroach left on the ceiling. The showerhead and mixer need serious replacement, and the bathroom floor was always flooded. The housekeeping staff seemed nice, but that’s about all I can say. Please refer to the pictures.

My family and I stayed here for almost a week during typhoon Yutu, when the only room available was near the top floor. I understood that every room was booked, so we waited about four days to see if a lower-floor room might open up. My parents are very old and couldn’t keep going up and down with most of our things, especially since the elevator was out 95% of the time. I also had my newborn son with me, which made it a hassle. My mom and I followed up two or three times, but the short-haired woman they called the supervisor was the worst person we dealt with. From day one, she didn’t accommodate us and gave us the cold shoulder when we asked for help. On the fourth day, I had a big argument with her because every answer she gave us was no. She was rude and yelled at me. She said, “You guys are lucky we even accommodated you over our Chinese guests because you guys are Filipino. We have alot of chinese guests waiting to take your room.” Money wasn’t a big deal for us at the time because we had listed our home and really needed somewhere to stay for the time being. I know everyone was under stress, but she was still working in the hotel industry, and her customer service needs work. A lot was said during the argument. Luckily, the manager stepped in, handled things properly, and moved us to a new room closer to the ground floor. I know this review is long overdue, but I felt people should know what the experience was like during a very difficult time. I’ve never had service like that anywhere else on the island, and I’ll never come back. I hope no one else has to experience this kind of service.

The staff were friendly, but that was about the only bright spot. The stay was far below expectations. The bed was rock-hard and was actually a box spring. The mini fridge didn’t get cold, and the shower only had scalding hot or frigid cold water. There were just five parking spots for the whole hotel, and no ice machine.

The staff were really kind, but the building feels old and my room smelled moldy. The hot water stayed warm, though I couldn't adjust its temperature. The restaurant on the first floor was closed.

The rooms are really old, and the price feels too high. I'd look for somewhere else.
