It’s a very affordable option if you’re only on the island briefly and need somewhere to sleep. The building is old, with some rusty spots, and the beds are really firm. Still, the AC gets super cold, and there’s a stove and mini-fridge. You can walk to the Garapan Thursday Night Street Market in a reasonable amount of time.
It’s peaceful here, and TGallery is only a 5 minute walk away, with good restaurants nearby. The building looks old, but there’s a hot shower, freezer, air conditioner, hairdryer, and pretty much everything else you need. The staff are kind too. Saipan hotels are pricey, so I think this place is reasonably priced, and I’d definitely stay here again if I visit.
The water tasted like seawater, so I couldn’t use it to brush my teeth. At night the pressure was very low, and the basin tap barely worked. The air conditioning remote was broken, but staff replaced it quickly. They were all friendly, though the hotel itself is really low quality.
The room was a bit beat up and needs repairs. I’d look around more if I wanted a more comfortable room. The staff were extremely friendly, though, and did a great job.
The staff were wonderful, and everyone was welcoming and accommodating. It’s not like a Hyatt. It’s low-key and very welcoming, which I actually liked better.
