Ta Guzeppi Boutique Stays by Zzzing

The bed was large and really comfortable, and the room was spotless with everything we needed. Breakfast was nice too, and they cleaned the room each day. Definitely worth staying here.

The biggest problem was how management handled the issues. I reported the leaking shower and the hot water cutting out, but was told they would inspect the drain and turn the heater up. Neither fixed anything. I was promised maintenance would come, waited in the room all day, and nobody showed up. Then I got a message saying the problem was closed. When I explained no one had come, they made no effort to send anyone or put things right. That false claim of resolution and lack of follow-through showed little regard for the guest experience. Being unable to take a proper hot shower is a basic failure in any accommodation. The shower leaked from its base every time, leaving the bathroom floor flooded, and the water went cold partway through a shower after about six minutes. Room 001 is beside the breakfast area, too. At 7:05 AM on the first morning, setup noise and a worker talking loudly on speakerphone woke me abruptly. My stay was badly affected by these room and service failures, and I moved to another hotel. I can't recommend staying here until the maintenance and customer service problems are addressed. Even then, I wouldn't return.

Really good hotel.

Only stayed a short while, but it was a lovely experience. The place is beautiful and well located, and the view from the room is divine. Staff are reachable around the clock, so just book and arrive.
