TJ Boutique Accommodation

The balcony view was quite spectacular, and my apartment had two balconies overlooking the street. The rooms are noticeably larger than at Cerviola, where I had originally booked before being redirected here. Despite being advertised as an apartment, there was no kitchen or cooking equipment, just a kettle and a few complimentary tea bags. There's a small grocery shop on the hotel's ground floor with a coffee machine, and an espresso costs one Euro. I had breakfast at Cerviola, about 200 meters down the street, which made for a nice morning walk.

I'd stay here again. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels left every day, and there was free WiFi. There's a fridge, and the AC does both hot and cold. A shop is right next door, and good bars and restaurants are nearby, with Coffee Circus highly recommended. One thing to know: pick up your key at Cerviola Hotel, a five-minute walk away. They also serve breakfast for €10pp. Checkout is quick, with a keycard box in TJ. The hot water tanks have limited capacity, so long hot showers may be a problem.

Good location, but the accommodation was awful. There was mold, the AC unit was very dirty, the sheets and pillows were stained, and there was hair on the bed. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There's no reception here, so you have to walk to the other hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot in Marsaskala, close to plenty of convenient stores and restaurants, with easy access to what you need. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr.Mohamed from management and Ms.Aastha & Ms.Nisren from the recipient.
