Happy and Healthy Gozo

The location is the one real strength here. I found the hotel overpriced for what it offers, and you can get better places for less. The €10 daily charge for air conditioning also felt unreasonable to me, especially since I live in Malta and know electricity is cheap here. We had Room 7, which I’d advise couples to avoid. The bathroom is wide open, with walls that stop short of the ceiling, so sounds and smells carry into the room. Its door doesn’t close either, leaving no privacy. Room 1 is a little better because its bathroom is separate within the room, but it faces an internal courtyard, so you hear everything. There’s also no Wi-Fi signal or mobile reception there. If you can choose, I’d avoid both rooms. The rest of the hotel is okay, but the location is the only thing that really works.

The pool was a lovely spot to relax, and the B&B has a cozy interior with lots of small details that make it feel welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, and the cat stopped by to say hi a few times :) My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. Our room was very clean when we arrived, and the whole B&B smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable enough that we hit snooze way too often. We’d definitely stay again!

It’s a quiet place to stay in Gozo, and the bus terminal is nearby for getting wherever you want to go. Really recommend it 👌

Julia was so friendly and helpful. She made us nice breakfasts and shared some sightseeing tips, while my son had a great time with her kids on the trampoline and by the pool. The pool was clean and lovely in the sunshine. This family-run guest house has a rustic farmhouse feel that helped us slow down and lose track of time. It’s in a quaint spot where you mostly hear birds and the breeze. Our clean, comfortable rooms had everything we needed, and the terrace on the second floor looks out over fields toward the sea.
