DOMS Boutique Living

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and the staff made our anniversary feel special with the thoughtful surprise of a delicious cake. The spotless, beautifully decorated room felt both cozy and elegant. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for its comfort and hospitality.

We only had one night here, but it was such a treat. The rooftop pool looks out over a view that leaves you speechless, and breakfast and room service come from the owner's nearby restaurant, which is a gem in its own right for the food, service, and location. It’s a fantastic new boutique hotel, with a superb local team and manager Borislav. Hope we can come back soon.

The standard room looked onto a light well crowded with service pipes, not the pleasant indoor courtyard I expected, so there was very little natural light. The room came with either a bath or a shower, and the shower leaked, but that wasn't made clear beforehand. The rooftop pool was tiny and freezing. It looked lovely at first, but the stay felt pretty naff. You can do much better at an ordinary hotel chain.

Breakfast at the nearby Square restaurant was fresh and delicious, and having it there made the mornings feel special. The hotel sits beside a quiet, charming square, away from the crowds and noise, while still being close to everything in the area. It felt peaceful and relaxing. OMS Boutique Hotel in Mellieħa is beautifully designed, modern and tasteful, with a lot of care put into making it comfortable as well as stylish. A real gem if you're after a boutique place with character.
