The owner and employees weren’t good, and they wouldn’t refund the deposit. They also didn’t clean the apartment, then blamed us. This is the shittiest apartment you could find in Malta.

I only stayed one night, and it was the worst experience I’ve had. The apartment was in terrible shape with no proper service or maintenance. During the night I heard a loud noise, turned on the light, and saw the room was full of dust. Pieces of the ceiling had fallen, leaving the place unsafe and unlivable. There was no assurance of residents’ safety, and it felt like a serious hazard. I strongly urge the Housing Authority of Malta to investigate the property and revoke its license so nobody else has to face this danger.

The towels were dirty, and the room had cockroaches and ants. The whole place felt unclean. Management seemed not to understand the responsibility they have, and this level of service shouldn't be offered. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If you don't want your holiday ruined, avoid renting here under any circumstances. If you haven't paid yet, the best thing is to stay away from these people and organisations.

The desk staff were quite rude and ill-mannered. At the peak of summer, the air conditioning stopped working, and the rooms and washroom weren’t clean. The electrical appliances were in very poor condition too. It was the worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your money or spoil your trip by booking this kind of scam hotel.
