The Ddream Hotel was a huge relief after a rough start to my trip. The hotel my travel agency first booked for us was a disaster, and I thought the whole vacation might end in disappointment. Moving here changed that, and I was finally able to enjoy my time in Malta. The room was very clean and well kept, though its furniture and equipment weren’t the newest. It was cleaned every day, towels were replaced regularly, and the beds were made neatly. The calm, comfortable surroundings made it easy to relax. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and a lovely way to start the day before exploring the island. From the start, the people working there were welcoming and genuinely kind. Their warmth and helpfulness lifted my mood. The Ddream Hotel left me with very good memories, and the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and kindness of the staff helped my stay end on a very positive note.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout, which was the one positive part of our stay. The room had a strong, constant sewage smell from the bathroom, and it made the experience unpleasant. We asked to move rooms, but that wasn’t possible. We couldn’t really open the windows either because of the street noise and major construction right beside the hotel, which started early in the morning. Our stay at Ddream Hotel was disappointing, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel had an amazing view and the best location. We had some problems at the beginning, but the following days were good.

Roadworks made it a bit noisy. The room was small but cozy, and the location was central. Maybe it was a little overpriced for that time of year.
