The staff were lovely, especially Ana, who became such a lovely friend to my 3 year old. We had huge rooms and a lovely spa pool during our 3 night stay. It was my first time in Malta, and we had a lovely experience. We'll definitely be back to this hotel 🩷

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, and it made the occasion feel special. They'd decorated our room beautifully, the standards were very high and breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and smiling throughout. Highly recommended!

The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and the room was soundproofed well. The location is good, right in the middle of town, though construction was happening on both sides of the hotel. You'll see a lot of cranes in Malta building 5 storey apartments after the legislation change. The rooms feel tired and dated, and the wall fixtures and seats need some care. Breakfast lacked flavour, and staff were slow to refill things like milk and bowls when they ran out. On two of the days we stayed, breakfast was deferred. The spa pool and hot-tub are still usable, but could be modernized. It won Trip advisor in 2013, but 12 years later it needs some refurbishment.

Breakfast could be better: the food wasn't very warm or fresh, and the service could have been more attentive, even though it wasn't very busy. We think those things are easy to work on. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, an “amazing trip” as my wife and I called it, visiting between summer and winter. The staff were warm and welcoming. Anna greeted us at the front desk with a lovely smile and energetic vibe, then helped us a lot with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. She really knows everything, and her suggestions were 100% spot-on. We loved our stay and will surely return, next time with our kids! 😊

The hotel is in Paceville, the clubbing district, so loud music carries on until around 2am. Rooms were clean, though a bit dated, and there weren't any veggie breakfast options, a niche complaint. The staff were so accommodating: free water was available at reception, they happily held my case for a few hours, brought an iron and board straight to my room when I asked, and reopened the indoor pool for me. Nice hotel and friendly staff.
