There were bedbugs, and the place was dirty everywhere. I don't think the sheets or towels get washed between guests. My friend even had to call exterminators after the bugs went home with him. A prison cell would have better standards and fewer bugs. I'd avoid this place completely. Maybe the business will collapse and they'll finally learn to keep it clean and bug-free.

At this price, the way they handled our complaints is unacceptable. The staff didn't respond and behaved as though everything was perfectly normal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to avoid ruining their vacation.

The first night we slept there, and that same day we found a bedbug crawling on a pillow. When we lifted the bottom sheets, lots more came out. I was completely disgusted, and I wouldn't book this place for safety reasons. The room also felt like a work site: the AC was fixed to a wooden plank, with wires showing behind it. The windows were too small to close, leaving gaps of at least 5 centimeters on both sides. The boiler and toaster were in embarrassing condition, the door wouldn't open properly, and a couple of sockets were broken or didn't work. The manager knew I would arrive late but went to sleep in a room near the entrance, then answered me without a T-shirt on. I'm really concerned this property is listed on booking.com.

The rest of the stay was good, and I think the mosquitoes may just be an island-wide thing. Still, the room was full of them, and the TV didn't work for a whole week.
