The spot is great, but the hotel feels very old, and there are better choices at this price. Cigarette smoke lingered on the floor, and the room was nearly dark because hardly any light came through the window. Noise carried easily. Our supposedly new towels had blood stains, and the sheets had holes that looked like they might have been caused by cigarettes. To reach the elevator, you have to go through a Chinese restaurant, unless you carry your luggage upstairs.

The staff were really friendly, and the sea view from the terrace is lovely for breakfast or coffee. The rooms feel old and could use some renovation, particularly the bathroom, and the pillows weren't comfortable. I'd give it 3.8 out of 5.

We were happy here, right by the sea in beautiful Sliema. The rooms are clean, though not modern, and suited us fine for sleeping after days out. There's a cafeteria opposite reception where we had breakfast before heading out. The staff were helpful and very friendly, and we'd definitely return. Nothing to complain about. The price felt fair for the location, with what you need either there or nearby. If you're after luxury, expect to pay around 200-250 euros a night; this place costs much less, so don't expect luxurious conditions.

The location is great, but the room was tiny and dated, and the curtains left gaps that let the early morning sun in. It wasn't cheap either.
