This place was an absolute steal. The room was luxurious and spotless, with all the amenities and a private elevator straight to it. There was also a gorgeous private rooftop balcony with amazing views. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Malta.

Palazzo Prince D’ Orange is a lovingly restored, award-winning 17th-century Baroque palazzo in the heart of Valletta. The owners have brought it up to a very high standard while preserving its romantic historic feel. It's a distinctive, warm and friendly base for exploring this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site and Valletta, the future 2018 European City of Culture. Major sights, shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. The property was also one of Malta's locations for Steven Spielberg's 2005 production Munich, starring Daniel Craig and Eric Bana. The luxury apartments are furnished and designed with care and sophistication. Each one is different, with either a classical atmosphere or a more modern touch.

Our apartment was spotless, huge, and we even got a free upgrade. The hosts were friendly and very hospitable, and the WiFi was really fast. Palazzo Prince d'Orange is right in the heart of Valletta, which was very convenient. I loved my time there; if I could give it more than five stars, I would.

The rooftop was fantastic. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, in a centuries-old building, and the service was friendly and accommodating. It's a great spot in the heart of Valletta.

I stayed here in October. The mini apartments are advertised as luxury suites, but I was given a dark, damp suite on the ground floor.
