We’ve just finished our honeymoon at Battistini, and it was such a relaxing, restful base for exploring Gozo and Malta. Giovanna is a real pro who’s been running B&Bs her whole life, and she was super helpful. We added the spa package, which felt divine and helped our bodies cope with all the travel and time changes. So much has been thought through, from the room layout and the red door and shutters on the residential street to the restaurant-style breakfast, in-room espresso machine and kettle, and environmentally aware lighting and A/C. The bathrooms felt luxurious, with hot water and perfect pressure. We loved the little balcony, and the rooftop pool was lovely even though it was too cold to swim while we were there. Just sitting by it was nice. We limited our phone use, so I didn’t take many photos.

We spent three nights at Battistini in April 2026 and had a wonderful stay. Giovanna gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout. The place looks brand new, and both our room and the common areas were spotless. Our room was large, with a comfy bed, great bathroom and walk-in closet. There were plenty of fresh sweet and savoury breakfast choices. It’s on a quiet residential street, but only a short walk from Victoria’s restaurants, bars and attractions. The rooftop plunge pool and sundeck were a great bonus. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely short stay. It’s in a quiet area, yet less than a five-minute walk from the centre. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was beautifully decorated, spotless and very well maintained. You can book a hot breakfast the day before. Giovanna was especially caring and helpful.

Giovanna gave us a very warm welcome. The hotel has a cozy feel, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, too. It’s tucked away on a street within walking distance of the Victoria bus terminal, about 5 minutes, and the citadel, around 10.

Thoughtfully designed throughout, with stylish, spotless rooms and a really nice spa. Breakfast was delicious, too. This little hotel is right in central Victoria, and just a short walk from the bus terminal and the citadel. I’d love to come back one day.
