Cittadella View Luxury Penthouse

What a great find. The terraces are really nice, and it’s very quiet. Supermarket next door, a central location, and only a short walk from the bus station. Highly recommend.

The apartment had everything we needed in its well-equipped kitchen, plus a supermarket next door. There was midweek cleaning and a towel change, and plenty of on-street parking if you have a car. It’s light and airy, with terraces on both sides. The bedroom’s large patio doors open onto a terrace in full morning sun, and the lounge opens onto one overlooking the Citadela. The bed is large and very comfortable, with a big wardrobe and bedside cabinets, so there’s room to unpack instead of living from a suitcase. It’s centrally located, within easy walking distance of Victoria and its many attractions and venues. The bus station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the island. A great place to stay on this lovely island.

The hot tub was a nice addition, and the Wi-Fi was absurdly fast. The views were lovely and the location peaceful, even in a sometimes hectic town. We had a wonderful few nights here. It was clean and tidy, with the basics you might need, and the supermarket next door was handy. We parked outside the apartment block. There were about five steps to the front door, then a lift to the fourth floor and one last step into the apartment. Parking was easy to find. If you’re a professional traveller staying for a while, I’d suggest bringing your own shower head. Maybe that’s a sign I’m getting old :-/

Francesca and Emanuele are incredibly kind hosts, and their home is in a perfect spot with amazing amenities. I’ve just spent a long weekend here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Don’t look any further, you’ve found the best place in Victoria!
