Stay At 9020

Our first night had a power blackout across the neighbourhood. The hotel tried to contact the local energy company, and they gave us vouchers to use at a nearby bar/restaurant, which was a nice gesture. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff kind. Breakfast was okay, and there’s a bus stop close to the hotel. I’d suggest adding blinds to the small windows where light sometimes came into the room at night, especially for people who are sensitive to light. Otherwise, everything was great.

It may not be the best accommodation you’ll ever stay in, but the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was included, and the staff and owner were friendly.

The reception guys were kind and seemed to want to help, but the place itself wasn’t worth it. Everything looked and smelled dirty. The rooms weren’t clean, the beds didn’t feel clean either, and guests were expected to change the bedcovers and other things themselves. There were rats in the eating area, and the place felt like it needed repairs that took forever to get done. I had to stay for three weeks. The system wasn’t working, so my room card wouldn’t work and I couldn’t even turn on the light. The people who were meant to fix it didn’t come quickly, though I’m not sure I can blame the hotel for that part. The windows opened onto ventilation, so don’t expect sunlight, and the eating area was nothing special. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, at least not now.

Worst room I’ve ever had, and everything was really dirty. I couldn’t get hold of the operator except through messages, and even then replies took a while. There were power cuts, and we had no hot water for the last few days. The mini fitness rooms had poor equipment, and water was leaking in the hallway.
